Shipping Policy

We ship most of our goods with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and international express partners. Every order includes a tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, promotions) processing may take a little longer — we always do our best to get your parcel on its way quickly.

Delivery time. Standard delivery usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your destination. If you order several different items, they may arrive in more than one package — this is normal and nothing to worry about.

Shipping costs. Standard shipping is free of charge. Where express options are available, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package door to door.
