Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we will make it right — that has been the deal since day one.

Return window. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

How to start a return. Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photo attachments help us help you faster). We will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are refunded when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Defective or damaged items. If your order arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, contact us right away — we will replace it or refund it, your choice.

Exchanges. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
